The Cottages at Hooper Hill was recently renovated in 2023 with the construction of 15 additional units, adding a total of 51 beds. Students have the option to lease single detached or duplex-style units.
The Property shares a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center and cabana with its sister community, The Cottages at Hooper Hollow. Considered best-in-class among student housing, The Cottages at Hooper Hill is located within driving, bicycling, and walking distance of The University of Mississippi, also known as Ole Miss, the foundation of Oxford’s community.
