Kingsbarn Acquires Las Vegas Property for Future Cancer Treatment Center
The center will be operated by ART Health.
Las Vegas, Nevada (February 04, 2026) — Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) is proud to announce the acquisition of 9139 W. Russell Road (the “Property”), a ±21,000 square-foot, two-story commercial property located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kingsbarn acquired the Property with the intention of developing it into a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility for ART Health, a joint venture focused on expanding access to advanced cancer treatment through multispecialty cancer centers.
Positioned just west of Interstate 215 and Russell Road in the Desert Canyon Business Park, 9139 W. Russell Road offers excellent visibility and convenient access to Summerlin, the Southwest and Green Valley. The Property is also located near key regional healthcare providers, including Southern Hills, Spring Valley and St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, as well as numerous amenities.
ART Health develops turnkey, freestanding cancer centers for physician practices and hospitals. ART Health’s model is designed to enable clinical partners to expand cancer care services by delivering state-of-the-art oncology facilities and managing the full development process, including financing, design, engineering, construction, equipment installation, and clinical acceptance leading to first patient treatment. The joint venture brings advanced cancer therapies to its clinical partners, including next-generation modalities that combine the latest science, engineering, molecular biology, and artificial intelligence for cancer management.

ART Health recently opened the Newport Beach Radiation Oncology and Imaging center with the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine, an example of the organization’s approach to partnering with leading clinical institutions to expand access to advanced oncology care.
