Kingsbarn Acquires TA Express Travel Center in Fairfield, Texas

Fairfield, Texas (February XX, 2026) — Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a single-tenant TA Express travel center (“KB Fairfield” or the “Property”) located at 300 E. I-45, Fairfield, Texas 75840. Constructed in 2022, this 16,065 square foot Property is strategically situated just off Interstate-45 and benefits from a daily traffic count of more than 37,300 vehicles passing by.


TravelCenters of America approved the location for its TA Express brand following its independent research and evaluation of the site’s long-term profitability. KB Fairfield is 100% leased to LV Petroleum, LLC, a successful fuel and travel center operator with more than 70 site locations in the U.S.A. LV Petroleum has been rated the #1 Franchisee within the TA system for five consecutive years (2021–2025).


In addition to TA Express’s typical convenience store, the Property includes a CAT scale, laundry facilities, professional drivers lounge, and an ATM. On-site dining options include four quick-serve restaurants: Sbarro Pizza, Jimmy John’s Sandwiches, Miss J’s Café, and Whataburger, which also features a drive-thru. Serving a variety of travelers, KB Fairfield includes paid overnight truck parking and dedicated Tesla charging stations.

This structure allows accredited investors to hold a fractional interest in professionally managed, institutional-grade real estate, while Kingsbarn, offering a truly passive management experience, handles all leasing, property management, and asset oversight.
